During his high school career at South Eugene High School, Mikey was a Swinging JV member of the 2002 Co-state champions in 4A Soccer as well as the Midwestern League champions in 2003 & 2004. Mikey was also a member of the OUSA Black team which won three OYSA state championships (2002-2004) and made it all the way to the Regional Semi-Finals at the OYSA Region IV championships. He is currently a member of the University of Oregon Mens Club soccer team where he was a player on the 2005 NIRSA Club National Champions (Open division) and Regional Champions in 2006 and 2008, participating as a player-coach in 2009 amd 2010. Mikey's coaching career includes leading multiple Kidsports teams, being a SEHS Summer Soccer Camp
Coach (2002-2004) , and an OUSA/Coerver Coach in 2005. Mikey was the JV 2 head coach in 2005 and 2006, and has been the South Eugene High School JV Head Coach Since 2007. Mikey also coaches for EMFC.
Mikey holds his OYSA "D" coaching license.
